You may inquire by telephone, by regular post, by fax or by email. We treat the demands received and we answer them at the latest, five working days from the date of their receipt.

Access to information

You have an unlimited access to your personal information via your client account. You are the possessor of an unique encryptions key, which makes you the only person able to reach and to modify the information contained in your account. No member of the staff has access to your information, the only operation that they can do, is to make you generate a new password, validate for 24 hours, that will be routed to the email address associated to your account.

Changes of policies

Should we have to change some of our protective politics of personal information we will inform you and will indicate the date of update to the low of every page of our protective policies of the personal information. The modifications will immediately be made on our site. These are, surely, the policies in place at the time of the order that will be applicable.
